It is noteworthy that Sanat PlastJ's warranty also covers the polycarbonate sheets produced by Pars Lian Plast Sanat Co. as a subsidiary of Sanat PlastJ.

1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. An official invoice from Sanat PlastJ or its official representatives
1.2. A written installation confirmation by approved experts of the company
Note 1: the customer is expected to compensate for the transportation costs of Sanat PlastJ specialists for installation confirmation.
Note 2: In cases where the Sanat PlastJ representatives do not confirm the correct installation, the reasons for non-compliance with installation instructions (those pointed out in the installation manual) are reported to the customer in written form.
Note 3: If a warranty is required, in addition to the installation confirmation, the customer should also keep the confirmation issued by the Sanat PlastJ experts regarding instruction observation.

2. Items
2.1. The items covered by this warranty include:
a. If Sanat PlastJ polycarbonate (PC) sheets are fractured during installation or operation despite observing instructions due to defects caused by the production process as confirmed by our specialists, the company will replace fractured sheets based on terms and conditions in this warranty.
b. Excessive yellowing and over 10% decline in light transmission in transparent sheets within three years of purchase and 20% within six years (after confirmation by Sanat PlastJ experts)
2.2. This warranty does not cover the following items:
a. Any mistake in the product installation and improper washing will void this warranty.
Warranty is not issued in the case of non-confirmation of installation by Sanat PlastJ representatives.
b. Sanat PlastJ polycarbonate sheets have only been designed to resist atmospheric elements and are resistant against abrasion. Therefore, this warranty does not cover abrasion (scratch) resistance of PC sheets.
c. This warranty does not cover transparency reduction caused by dust and scratch.
d. Sanat PlastJ is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to other property of the customer and only commits to replacing defective sheets with conditions pointed out in this warranty. It is noteworthy that this warranty does not cover damages caused by transportation and unloading or application of sheets regardless of the sales contract or application method. Thus, deliver the sheet healthy from the truck driver. Sanat PlastJ will not reimburse anything besides the original sales cost (for replaced sheets).

3. Compensation calculation and payment
A valid invoice should be provided to obtain a written warranty.

3.1. Payment method
If Sanat PlastJ polycarbonate (PC) sheets are fractured during installation or operation despite observing instructions due to defects in the sheet production process as confirmed by our experts, the company will replace sheets within 15 days according to the conditions in this warranty.
Note: Only the sheets are replaced, and no reimbursement will be made.
Only yellowing and transparency reduction of transparent sheets are covered by this warranty. Yellowing is measured by xenon and UV lamps. The reduction of light transmission of transparent polycarbonate sheets is measured according to ASTMD 1003. The measured reduction should not exceed 30% in a 10-year period after purchase.
In case of any problem (fracture or excessive yellowing) during warranty, the loss will be compensated (replacement of defective sheets) within 15 days after presenting the original warranty, purchase invoice, and approval of Sanat PlastJ expert.
Note: Sanat PlastJ warranty only covers defective sheets, not transportation and installation costs.
3.2. Compensation calculation
If the customer observes all conditions in this warranty, Sanat PlastJ commits to replacing all fractured sheets or those with excessive yellowing with new ones of the same type within five years of purchase.
Moreover, after five years and before ten years from purchase, Sanat PlastJ commits to replacing 10% of 50% of purchased sheets per remaining years in the case of the above-mentioned defects.
3.3. Note
All replaceable sheets covered by this warranty are delivered at the factory.
