Masterbatch and Compound

Color masterbatches produced by Sanat Plast are made of highly concentrated high-quality pigments. Other features of these products are high coloration with the minimum use of masterbatch, high optical resistance against sunlight, and color stability at high processing temperatures (Light Fastness 7-8). Sanat PlastJ is capable of producing color masterbatches with a wider range of colors with modern production equipment for transparent polymers such as polycarbonate, polystyrene, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), PET and translucent-opaque polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and ABS. These masterbatches are used for the manufacture of sheets, polymeric fibers and parts, drug and food containers, and packaging.

In line with other large masterbatch producers in the world, Sanat Plast produces additive masterbatches such as UV stabilizers, IR barriers, anti-static additives, light diffusers, impact modifiers, compatibilizers, flame retardants, thermal conductors, anti-fog additives and anti-scratch masterbatches for various applications such as sheet, fiber and part production. Sanat Plast is also able to produce these masterbatches for various types of transparent and opaque polymers.

Sanat Plast is able to produce a range of polymeric compounds with customized properties to be used in the production of polymeric products with the base polymers such as polycarbonate, polyester, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS containing different mineral fillers such as talc, calcium carbonate, sand powder and fiberglass. The company is also able to produce color polymeric compounds at customer request.
